How It All Began

Caroline and Kim have been colleagues and friends for the past 20 years. They started the business as they could see the need for a more holistic approach, providing a seamless package of care with high calibre, exceptionally trained and well supported staff. 2 years on and they have seen consistent growth and have created a niche expertise in catastrophic and complex needs. They are on a mission to raise the quality and standards of home based care.

Who Are We?

Specialist Nursing Services (SN Services) is a unique, for purpose, comprehensive care agency providing a range of at-home services to clients with complex medical and technological needs. Our services include transitioning from the hospital to home, training staff and family in all aspects of care, and assigning highly skilled registered nurses and support workers to carry out tailored, comprehensive care packages. We have 24-hour access to on-site clinical nurse consultants, who will come out to you at home and assist in preventing unnecessary hospital admissions .

The SN Services team is proud to offer effective case management/coordination services to manage a range of stakeholders. We currently have several high-intensity clients for which we provide specialist care. Our directors have over 25 years of experience with extensive clinical, management, and teaching expertise in this very specialised field. Our ethos is to work collaboratively with clients, families, and staff to provide leading high-quality care in the home.
