SN Services are proud to be partnered with @universitywa for their Work Integrated Learning Placements and Internships Program Introducing Alan — Human Resources Intern I am Alan Mammen Thomson, a Master’s student in Human Resources and Employment Relations at the University of Western Australia, and I undertook my internship at SN Services through the universities’ work-integrated learning unit. My time at SN Services was both rewarding and professionally enriching, as the organisation fostered a highly supportive, inclusive, and comfortable working environment. I was given meaningful, hands-on responsibilities that allowed me to actively apply my academic knowledge to real-world HR practices. The internship provided me with many opportunities to gain exposure to a wide range of HR systems and software, significantly strengthening my technical and operational skills. I was also very pleased to note that I got opportunities to cross-collaborate with other teams, providing me with valuable multidisciplinary exposure and a deeper appreciation of how HR is integrated within an organisation. Sienna ??⚓️ Another amazing adventure day & wonderful experience for our client @sweet_sienna_2017 thanks to @kiind.au and south of perth yacht club “The event is “Cruising Butterflies” we spent the morning on the Swan River on board the Fishability boat. Sienna got to see lots of Dolphins, Jellyfish and SO many boats on the water. Sienna wasnt too pleased with the 4.30am wake up to get to perth on time, but she had a great time and she got to see some friends as well.After the boat cruise there was a sausage sizzle and fun activities in the sun. An incredible and well-deserved opportunity for our gorgeous client @sweet_sienna_2017 who was chosen to attended this year’s Variety WA Motor Mouth camp in Perth @variety_wa “Sienna had an amazing time trialling different ways to play with toys, she trialled a bunch of different switches to activate with her head and trialled a mount for the head switch that was set up on her wheelchair all weekend. It is amazing how many options there are for her to be able to be in control. Sienna had been having trouble with her eyegaze device not being able to find her eyes and not working as well as it should, so we had someone look at her mount and change a few things and now it is working better. Jay and I learnt so much about how to be better communication partners and we saw just how much Sienna can do with the right opportunities. We met some amazing families and some very inspirational people. It was a great weekend and we cant wait to move forward with some of the opportunities available for Sienna so she can keep developing life changing skills ? “ Variety Motor Mouth Camp Variety WA

Meaningful digital transformation is built through co-design, lived experience, and sector-wide collaboration. @carecorneraus has the potential to transform how critical information, resources, and supports are accessed by providers, workers, and families.
