Meaningful digital transformation is built through co-design, lived experience, and sector-wide collaboration. @carecorneraus has the potential to transform how critical information, resources, and supports are accessed by providers, workers, and families. Using this opportunely to raise awareness and money for a life changing cause. At just six months old, Azzrah had his first seizure. By age four, he was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a rare and severe form of epilepsy. Since then, our days have been filled with hospital visits, therapy sessions, and countless moments of uncertainty. Alongside epilepsy, Azzrah lives with mild right-sided cerebral palsy, Level 3 Autism, is non-verbal, and has an acquired brain injury following a major brain surgery in 2021. A wonderful moment for our gorgeous client Winnie and his family @winston_our_little_fighter Supporting @telethon7 alongside the beloved @westernforce team with a bake sale ??? “What a fabulous day we had today supporting @telethon7 with a bake sale fundraiser. What started with an idea while baking on a rainy day, ended up as a huge fundraiser that brought our community together. Friends from various schools, our street, our city and friends of friends and family. Winnie's earth angels all came along too and supported him through the event! @exilecoffee who are providing one of the best coffees in South Perth as evidenced by the huge line every morning, have generously committed to donating all proceeds of today between 10am and 12pm ? We had a visit from the Mayor of @cityofsouthperth and a whole group of @westernforce Players. What was most fabulous was the fact that our kids saw how everyone can make a difference - and a difference they made... the final count not even in yet.”

Introducing the friendly faces of SN Services Susie Parkinson | Clinical Educator Since qualifying as an RN in 2016, Susie has gained diverse experience, working in the UK and Perth. Her professional journey includes a significant period of 2.5 years in the demanding field of Paediatric Intensive Care at Perth Children's Hospital. Her academic pursuits are equally diverse, with a Master’s degree in Paediatric Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Education. Susie's recent completion of her Certificate IV in training and assessment further demonstrates her adaptability, enabling her to teach certified training in Firstaid, CPR & Manual Handling. When Susie is not in the healthcare setting, she cherishes her time with her son and family, engaging in activities that bring them closer, such as camping.
